Frances Apartments I & II
Located behind Lowe’s in Brockport, NY and in close proximity to Sweden Shopping Center, Brockport Plaza, Wal-Mart and Brockport Corners Mall.
Frances II is currently under construction and set to open in July! Applications are being accepted for 1 & 3 bedroom units starting April 5th, 2020 through May 5th,2020 at 9:59 AM. Lottery will take place on May 5th, 2020 at 10:00 AM at the Frances Apartments Community Room.
Amenities include: Energy Star appliances and fixtures, washer and dryer hookups in each unit, community room with laundry facilities and patio, resident computer lab, playground, central air, private entrance at ground level with patio or balcony, private storage, paved off-street parking, 24-hour maintenance and all homes are located near a bus line.
1 Bedroom Apartments: $605-$657
3 Bedroom Apartments: $839-$914
Water, sewer and trash are included. Tenant responsible for gas & electric bills
Eight (8) units are reserved for persons with Physical Disability/Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI).

UNION MEADOWS II:
Union Meadows II is located in North Chili and contains one (1), two (2) and three (3) bedroom town-homes. Each town-home has a kitchen, living-dining area, patios and attached garages.
Amenities Include: Private entrance, attached garage, patios, fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer hook-ups, energy efficient design, individually controlled heat and electric, community center with meeting room, laundry facilities and a kitchen.
