Founded on Love
The Lifetime Assistance Foundation, Inc. was founded in 1994 with the intent of raising funds to secure a bright future for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Since its inception, Lifetime Assistance Foundation has been awarded more than one million dollars to fund services for people with developmental disabilities. We’re proud to assist individuals and families, helping them to live fulfilling lives. Today, the community support we receive is becoming increasingly important as public funding decreases.

“Our Michelle has been with Lifetime Assistance for over ten years. In that time, we have seen her grow through Lifetime’s Day Service program, where she enjoys each of the different daily activities along with her ever competent staff.
Just last year, Michelle was placed in a home with four of her friends, all of whom attended the School of the Holy Childhood. It has been such a blessing, very much an unbelievable adventure that has brought our entire family closer together. Each and every day we thank our Lord for what has been provided.

Annual Appeal
Annual Appeal donations are accepted throughout the year. However, like most organizations, the Lifetime Assistance Foundation runs a focused campaign between Thanksgiving and New Year’s Day. Appeal donations are not designated to a specific program or service, they are often used to support general agency needs.
Endowment
The Lifetime Assistance Foundation Endowment is comprised of donations made to Lifetime Assistance for ongoing support of the agency. Funds designated to the endowment are securely invested, helping to assure quality programs and services continue well into the future.
Airport Games
The Lifetime Assistance Airport Games is held annually at the Greater Rochester International Airport. As the Foundation’s largest fundraiser, it encourages community collaboration, fundraising and awareness.
